Return Process

Return Procedure
- For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We will provide a prepaid return label.
- For all other returns or exchanges, products must be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition, including all tags, accessories, and packaging. You can start your return on our website or by emailing our customer service team.
Please note:
- Personalized or custom-made products and items labeled as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Once we receive and review your return, we will issue your refund within 7–10 business days via your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
- If an item becomes defective after 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement, depending on the situation.
- If production has already begun and you choose to return the item, only 70% of the order value will be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on sale are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
- If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
