Trenvoteeco offers an e-commerce platform where users can create and sell personalized apparel and merchandise. To maintain a respectful and lawful creative environment, we strictly prohibit the use or distribution of materials that violate intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and related protections.

A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
Content Removal
Upon receiving a complete and valid complaint, Trenvoteeco will take swift action to remove or block access to the infringing content in good faith.
Repeat Violations
Accounts receiving multiple legitimate complaints may be permanently disabled.
To submit a complaint, please provide our Designated Agent with the following details:

- Your physical or electronic signature.
B. After Receiving an Infringement Notice
- Content Removal: Trenvoteeco will remove or restrict access to the reported content without delay.
- User Notification: The user who uploaded the content will be notified of the takedown.
- Repeat Offenses: Continued violations can result in permanent suspension of the account.
C. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or that you had a legal right to use it, you may file a counter-notice with the following information:
- Description of the removed content and the location where it was hosted previously.
- A statement under penalty of perjury declaring your belief that the removal was incorrect or unwarranted.
- Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court or that of Trenvoteeco if you’re outside the U.S.
- Your electronic or handwritten signature.
After a legitimate counter-notice is received, Trenvoteeco may notify the original complainant. If no legal action is pursued, the content may be reinstated within 10–14 business days, based on our discretion.
Important Notice
As per Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false claim of infringement may face legal consequences, including damages and attorney fees.
